return to fishing after 1 year. had no problem fishing earlier tdy until a sudden backlash happened. couldn’t even fix it at the spot and had to go home. had a knot insane tight which was somehow cut. and now i have 1 end of a line on the bottom of the spool which now have 3 loose end at the top. i can’t even get them out . it’s literally stuck. how do i fix this
