Decided I’d get a guide on my vacation to Japan and had a blast going after these little guys. They’re like a slightly different brook trout. Had success with nymphs and streamer on a 4wt and even managed to get a rainbow in on tenkara at the end of the day (though I’m certain that was my first and last tenkara experience lol).
