Betta Fish: Is my betta too chunky?

This is Molly, I’ve had her since July. She lives alone in a 20 gal. I feed her bug bites daily and fast her once a week. Sometimes I give her treats from the dial-a-treat box. The last thing I ever want to do is hurt her so I’m not sure if I should feed her less? She attacks the bug bites instantly as if she were being starved for months on end 😩
