Hello everyone, my wife bought me the baitcaster pictured, any recommendations on a rod to pair it with? Preferably around ~$100?

You’d have to be more specific on fish you’re targeting and if you want this to be an all rounder type setup or specific rigs. Rods have various line/power/weight stats. Dobyns rods are pretty good and have decent warranty. They have a few options and price ranges.
