I just got this girl after my male betta passed away unexpectedly. She was actually a return at my work due to being too aggressive for a customers female sorority tank and had killed like 2 others in the 40 gallon 😅. I have her in a 5 gallon for right now and she seems to be doing perfect. I’m debating upgrading her to a 10 gallon because she’s a short fin betta but she’s so small! I took her in because (last photos of her) she was so depressed! The very last photo was the day she was returned and the ones before that was after a week or 2 of being at my work. After I took her in her colors came back 👹

My girl LOVES her 10 gallon and her favorite hobby is swimming in between plants and exploring everything over and over. It’s sooo worth! ^^

awe she’s adorable i just gotta koi female too! mine is even smaller and im pretty sure she’s basically a baby too bc shes so tiny, looking for her is so hard in her 10 gal 🥲 but here’s nixie! some other names i was considering were maybel and Eleanor:33 i love old names but this gal is too young and energetic for that! im sure any name you pick will be perfect for her:)
