Might be fins turning white but make sure to observe him more.
If they become more round and appear to form a bump then it might be ich.

There’s this other disease and for the life of my I cannot put my mind to it. But on the tips of his fins it could be rot. But please treat him with anti bacterial and anti fungal medicine asap

This looks more like bacterial infection.
If you have had this fish for a while and have not recently added any plants/livestock that you purchased from a store/website, then ich is probably less likely also.
If it’s a bacterial infection, you need to drop the temperature to around 73-74F and do some large water changes to clear the water of bacteria. If it is a bacterial infection it may move fast.
A germicidal / disinfectant treatment like ich-X may be helpful no matter what, but you MUST aerate the water and follow the directions.
