Please help 🙁 I’ve had my baby since March and she was fine yesterday, I fasted her yesterday and she was eager for food. I went to feed her this morning and instead of her normal behavior of swimming to her food spot and was in a corner at the surface with her back turned to me not even acknowledging me. Without thinking I put her tongs with food in front of her and she came over and ate 3 pellets. Then went back to hiding. She was not enthusiastic for her food at all and now I feel stupid for even offering her to the food in the first place because I should have fasted her more probably. She’s bloated, I think she’s slightly pineconing? She’s at the surface and her gills are opening and closing slowly but more than normal. Her color is not as vibrant and she has stress stripes and clamped fins. This is not at all normal for her and I’m so sad. I put in tannin tea and upped the temp to 80F and turned off her lights. I’m monitoring her and I set up a hospital tank for her. About an hour ago she had a little string of poop hanging from her. Are these early signs of dropsy? I have all the medications on deck I’m just fearful of stressing her out more without getting confirmation

7 gallon tank, heater and filter, tank is now set to 80 but is usually set to 78. Parameters are perfect I checked today with API test kit, I do a 25% water change weekly, no tank mates, I feed her pellets and brine shrimps on treat days, live plants mostly Anubias, driftwood, natural stone, sand.
Was the poop white? could be parasites causing the dropsy.
But short answer yes, it’s hard to treat but this is very early so she has a chance
