    Are his gills moving? From the video, it doesn’t look like it, which would mean he’s passed away, unfortunately.

    Oh my… usually when Bettas just sit straight up like that, it’s their time. But he may have a bladder issue and I recommend you give him a salt bath. I hope he makes a fast recovery 🙏🏾

    Rinse your hand and arm off, then pat it dry with some paper towels. Reach in and gently cradle him and bring him to close to surface. Is he responding at all? If he still is alive and tries to get some air, get a shallow medical tank ready for him so he doesn’t struggle to get to the top to breathe.
