These rubber skirts on frogs just don’t hold up and melt if in the heat of a vehicle or stored in garage. Has anyone found a better replacement skirt? Maybe something silicone or tying a skirt out of some fly tying materials maybe??

I like to tie bucktail on the big ones and some marabou on the small ones
You can order a variety of silicone skirt material online. It will cost more than just buying a better quality lure.
Skirts from spinnerbaits can be substituted.
CrazyGlue them on.
Just go on Amazon and get a pack of jug skirts, pick out your favorite color and go with it, otherwise, fly tying craft fur is amazing as a replacement.
