I got this male betta on October 13th, when I got home I took some media from my other aquarium and added it to the 5 liter aquarium that I had for him at the time. I noticed that he had red dots on his tail, so I medicated him with aqualife and then started the 5 days of Atlantic Bacteria/Fungi.
On October 22nd, my new 30-liter aquarium arrived, for my 3 female bettas who have sorority, so the 15-liter aquarium for him was vacant. I divided the aquarium water and the media. So far so good, he loved the space and so did they.
Today, October 25th, I noticed that his tail opened… In other words, his case went crazy, I don't know if it was fin rot or something else, the parameters are normal, he has a filter with light flow, natural plants, fine sand substrate and a nice trunk, he lives alone so he doesn't get stressed.
I need help with the right treatment!

what size is the tank in the photo? what are you using to test the water and are you using a water conditioner?
edit: i also don’t see a heater. does his tank not have one?
I think the dots are just his coloring. Mine has them too

It sounds like your set ups, especially the sorority, are not meeting the basic minimum care requirements.
None of those tanks are suitable for your fish. A single betta needs a 20l minimum and sororities are notoriously difficult to do, require large, heavily planted tanks and at least 5 females.
Tanks are way too small
