This beautiful brown is my first catch on a fly rod and now I can’t stop trying to chase that high, too bad I live in central Texas. Lol if anyone in Texas can give me some beginner tips on where to start fly fishing that would be much appreciated. So far I’ve only practiced in Austin w/ pan fish but I want a better challenge.

Congratulations on your first I just started this July and I was lucky enough to catch a small Cutthroat on my first outing and was instantly hooked also
