I rescued this little betta from a family member who had it in a quarter inch deep sludge puddle. It’s loving a good sized tank and plants/ wood to explore. I’m new to bettas but not new to fish. Does anyone know what kind of betta it might be?

It’s a dragon scale and it has diamond eye, where the scales grow over the eyes. He is going blind
