I’ve noticed more and more of this in my boat locker. Is it heat or just bad lures? Half of my Megabass jerk baits are split on top and a couple of my square bills. They are split along the top of the lures and spread out.

I have had this problem with the vision 110s. I’ve only ever had it happen in cooler temperatures, though. Not over working them, maybe the bill would bounce on bottom here and there if casting shallow. Common factor has been the cold weather for me.

yup don’t bake them under the sun, leave in the car or boat. quite all of the hard bait will do that.
