That’s probably one of the best tanks I’ve seen of people asking if their tank was ok for a betta. Make sure it’s cycled properly before adding anything, 26° is the sweet spot if you want to be pedantic. I’d also recommend a lid if you don’t have one already, bettas don’t USUALLY jump but they CAN, so it’s better to be safe
