My wife's great aunt recently gave me her father's herters custom rod and being that it is in perfect condition and still beautiful i was trying to find out the meaning of the numbers on the side so that I can use it for the proper fishing without fear of damage the numbers are rb6w1 it is definitely a saltwater rod being it is a stout rod

It’s a catalog number, you’d have to hunt down the catalog it was ordered from
