How’s it going! Lookin for general ideas of destinations I should check out this winter in the northeast (not your exact spots, just species and GENERAL areas). I’m a new resident of Maine as of the beginning of this month and not having access to water starting October 1st is already getting to me. So I’m looking for some weekend trip ideas to get out and catch some fish in the cold. I grew up a west coast fisherman so I’m used to hammering rivers through the snowy months. Any ideas are welcome!
