Buying my son a used kayak without a seat so buying a new one, but the ends are different. Still work? The kayak has the knobs, but the seat has the push snap rings instead of the flat latches. Compatible or need adapter? I couldn’t find a seat that already has flat latches.Cut strap and add latch?
Of course, the new seat comes with newer open ring with screws to kayak, but that’s just more screwing x 4.
