His belly is swollen since one month and he has difficulties to stay straight. His color and his scales are normal.
I think it’s because the water was too cold and I was feeding him too much at once. I put it in the diet for 4 days and I installed a heating for 3 days. I also just started to put a bit of salt in the aquarium. I haven’t noticed changes and I’m worried. Help pls

The tank is 17l
Filter all the time and I bought a heater 3 days ago.
The temperature is ~25C°
I did a water test 2 days ago and everything was ok except a little bit too much of nitrate but not severe.
I have the tank since 3 years and the fish since 10months.
I change the water every week and I change ~5l with a siphon.
I have also a snail since 3 years.
I feed with 5 pieces of « Attison’s betta pro » each days ( one day off each week)
Yes I have two natural plants also since 3 years.
