You can use it but it’s definitely too big and heavy for this lure! This lure is made to be used in finesse fishing : natural action. Your jighead is not adapted. It will make your lure sink and remove its natural action because the hook is too long.

I use this same set up all the time and it catches fish. The swimming action works just fine.
