Betta Fish: Dropsy

Hi everyone, new to this group but really needed advice! (Pic is when she was healthy)
My betta, skittles is showing signs of dropsy😭😭I’m in desperate need of advice on how to treat this or at least give her some comfort during this hard time for her. I know lots of people say dropsy isn’t curable or hard to fix but I wanna try everything I can to help her. She’s been in the fam for a while now and I’m lowkey super sad.
Signs:
Pineconing
Low appetite
Not a lot of movement like before (weak)
Stays on a leaf most of the time
