My female betta had pieces missing from her dumbo ears when I got her and then my guppies bit the shit out of her tail so I separated her and her tail grew back perfectly but why hasn't her dumbo ears? They are still the same as when I got her.

Second and third pic is today, 3 weeks after she got shredded
No hate please she is my first betta and I learnt my lesson
Can dumbo ears naturally be like hers or do they take longer to heal?

Did you put her alone in another tank to prevent other fish from stressing her by attacking her?
She has already healed up amazingly for just 3 weeks, I’d just give her some more time. Feeding a high protein, nutrient filled diet can help speed up the healing process, I’ve had bettas that have taken 6+ weeks to fully heal and sometimes even longer.
