looks fine to me honestly! most soft plastic lures have some wiggle room for hook placement as long as it still moves naturally in the water.

If this is Westin Shadteez, I recommend adding some weight to it, this lure is notoriously not stable and keeps turning to the side. The rig itself is absolutely ok.
