First things first is you need to stop using bettafix immediately, bettafix and any other product that has “fix” at the name does not have any real medication and is essential just tea tree oils which will float on the surface of the water and when your fish comes up for air will be ingested into their labyrinth organ and slowly suffocate them
Secondly, what other meds or antibiotics did you use?
Third, what is their current behavior like? If they are still swimming and eating normally then there’s not really a need to be concern other than that the fish might be kinda shaken / stressed out so it’s always best to just let them destress and see if their fins start to grow back before treating with intense medications because these fish tear their fins up all the time both intentionally and unintentionally and fins will 100% grow back aslong as they are stress free and water parameters are perfect

I hosed one of my bettas in during water change ….horrible injurys she looked all raw… I never thought she would make it but it healed completely. I did a hospital tank, mostly osmose water reminerlised and indian almond leafs and I think paraguard..bettas heal nearly everything if you can prevent infection….so clean water is important. His chances are good
