Just got my betta today and I can't tell if this is fin rot or not can anyone help. It looks like there's little chunks out of his fin but I might just be stressing for nothing.

Looks just like fin tears which heal on their own a lot of the time 😊fin rot would almost look like that fins are melting! And for future reference if it comes to be a thing you see, if their fins are growing, they will grow in almost translucent at first! So don’t be worried if you see any of that either ❤️
