Betta Fish: more cigarette, because he’s a special little princess

pics go from more recent to right when we first got him! yall seemed to like cigarette, so here’s a post all about him! i’ve had him since june this year, he’s got some issues. mostly his EXTREMELY limited mobility. he looks as though he may have some spinal issue, and that combined with his LONG fine is a recipe for disaster lol. he has shrimp buddies and then Larry, his mystery snail friend. when i first added the shrimp it was 2 duller shrimp and then two cherry shrimp, and he spent the first hour slowly stalking the cherry shrimp and killing them. he laid on his side on the bottom of the tank fish panting(???) for about 20 minutes after killing them, and has never gone after the duller shrimp. he had a betta hammock and never used it once, instead choosing to lay on the bottom of the tank. hes got this huge dramatic flare, everytime someone’s does the dishes he sits in the corner and flares at them, resulting in the running joke “cigarette hates productivity. he’s a funny little guy, i love him very much.
