Can anyone help me out? I’ve been using these lures for sea bass and barracuda in the mediterranean sea but had no bites and if someone knows what is the problem i would be thankful.

I did really well with barracuda in the Turks and Caicos. I used a really large Rebel minnow, the biggest that was available at the time. Silver with a blue back.
