Full aquarium tax included… did you know Angelfish could change colors so quickly and drastically? I cleaned all the duckweed off the top of my tank and I noticed one of my fishes colors noticeably faded. I assumed the lack of light over time had somehow faded them.
Then, a few minutes later, when he was beefing with his buddy, I checked again and his colors were back. This change happened in less than a minute! Same angle, pretty much same location in the tank. Isn’t this crazy?

How interesting, I wonder what all goes into the color change for them. My betta is usually paler in color right in the morning when they wake up and get darker almost instantly as they start getting active.
