Sorry for the poor photos doesn't quite do the fish justice. My son and I grabbed couple photos and didn't want to waste to much time before getting the her back in the water. We stopped to fish for about 30 mins before dark after picking him from up school and landed this beauty. Got caught up in some grass so had wade out there to grab her. But she measured just shy on 26 inches and just an impromptu stop so didnt bring the scale.

I don’t fish for bass much anymore but judging just by the side profile maybe 5-6LB. Definitely has a huge mouth though. Seeing it from the bottom would help clarify.
