I get so nervous to over feed during each meal, this is the amount I do for each brineshrimp feeding which is twice a week. I also have his schedule and what he looks like after the meal. TIA!

Cut back to feeding him to once a day and this is fine.
I think your betta has a better planned schedule than I do. I’d check in on his weight to see if he is getting chunky but his current weight looks fine imo.
