Story: I have an Okuma Epixor since 5 years what worked as it should until now. Not so long ago I have given it to a local fishing shop to change the old brain on it to new one. Since the braid was changed( same brand and type as before), the reel is overloading the top of the spool. If I remember well there was 2 shims under spool before and the braid shape was just fine. Now I try to fix the loading problem, now there is 4 shims under the spool but the shape of the braid still looks like this. What could be the problem here?

Washers. Can’t remember if too many or too few, but should be dasy to look up. I did this with my sustain and iirc adding one took it from that to even, which I prefer. Some folks prefer it that way tho so I understand.
