sorry if pictures arent very clear. water parameters are normal. i only noiticed it today and there are no other white spots. please help.

Tank temperature: 26-27°C
Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: i tesed amonia with salifert ammonia terst and it was clear, nitrites and nitrates i tested with Tetra Test 6in1 strips and they were 0 and pH around 6.8
How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: tank has benn running for almost 3 months and i got my betta 16 days ago
How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: every week 25% water change take water out with siphon and add dechlorinated water into the tank slowly to not disturb it.
Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: 1 nerite
What do you feed and how much: Tetra Betta granules and i feed 4 daily
Decorations and plants in the tank: 2 rocks 2 spiderwoods, salvinia minima, amazon sword, anubias mini, java fern, cryptocoryne wendtii, limnophila sessiliflora
