this isn’t specifically about bettas but, I upgraded my tank so with that I got two little Cory catfish to put in with my betta and frog. My betta is a male but he’s super calm and does not have much of a temper. Well one of the catfish died the day after I got him, I thought maybe he was just sick when I got him. So I ended up getting another one from the store and it died the morning after I got him! please help, the temp in my tank is good, I have natural substrate, and live plants. Is this a weird coincidence or am I doing something?(picture of my tank for reference)

Did you cycle the new tank for the full 4-6 weeks before adding the fish in? If not, I’d check your water perimeters and do a water change asap
