I live in a west facing apartment in Australia, which means a tank lid is a must (evaporation, people!), but when you have a HOB and driftwood accents it becomes hard to use the basic lids that come with your tank.
I decided to get together a custom lid, that I could fit around everything and make it so that I didnt need to take anything off to feed my shrimp and do light maintenance. The filament is in my favourite colour and I love how it accents the driftwood, otherwise you could always order acrylic hinges and components online (i know aliexpress sells them).
The acrylic sheet was 600x600mm and cost me $33AUD, while the hardware accessories cost me about 50 cents and an hour of my time. Printed on a Bambu P1S!
I know there are a lot of custom lids out there, but I loved the simplicity of this, and how quickly I could get it all made!
