so i have two bettas: a male double tail (acheron) and a female crowntail (vexa). acheron originally lived in the smaller tank and was much more comfortable i feel like. i got vexa almost a week ago. she seems to be younger and a lot more active. acherons been in the 10 gallon for maybe 2 months now or a little less, but i feel like since he’s big finned he liked the smaller space more since he seems to have more trouble swimming in the big tank.
tldr: my male seemed more comfortable and swam better in the smaller tank. i just got my female and she’s more active. should i switch their tanks?

With the long fins I would just make sure you have low flow
I’d put Acheron in the smaller tank. Females and short finned bettas often are more energetic.
