I'm not a baitcaster guy. However, during steelhead season I love the things. This weekend, my dad and I realized one of the reels is missing this knob and spring the night before leaving on a trip. We have others, and we made it work, but I'd love to get just the parts and replace them instead of the 25 year old reels we use less than a dozen times annually. Is there a good website or anything to check, and is there a way to get actual part names for when I search?

Just the cap for the main shaft, shouldn’t be expensive at all. Download a schematic online and you should be able to find it quickly.
