How do I help her, I had her for a week or so, 7ph 0 am and 20nitrate, temp 75 and always heated and filtered, tank was cycled well before I put her in.

55 gallon tank, some guppies and tetras and it’s very heavily planted. I feed her 3-6 pellets once a day, she was doing great but the past 2 days she hasn’t been swimming or doing anything
Ugh, I’m so sorry. Yes, this is pineconeing and usually fatal. My boy responded to water-disolved kanaplex when I caught this (dropsy) early. He’s still recovering and it wasn’t easy. It is worth a shot if she is still responsive.

Yes deff pine coning, try epsom salt baths but usually this is fatal
