people who dont like bass are tripping. If you bleed and clean them upon catch they taste great. I’d deep fry them w/ some kind of batter. Absolutely bomb

I prefer to keep it simple with fish. Melted butter in the pan. Salt/pepper/garlic for seasoning. Cook on medium heat until the flesh flakes. Enjoy. Congrats on the
Edit: a “squirt of lemon” goes a long way right before you eat it.

Bass taste pretty good actually. I keep a few ever so often but nothing over 2lbs. The top one looks pretty big, I probably would have thrown her back.

I love them blackened in a cast iron with Hattie bs(Nashville hot) and some blackening seasoning. Beef tallow or butter in the bottom and you are set
