Hello everyone, I came home from work and found 3 separate egg clusters from my mystery snails.
There are 4 of them in a 20 gallon community tank, tank mates are African dwarf frogs and zebra danios.
I have 2 separate tanks that I can transfer into to keep the clusters safe. A 2.5 gallon and a 10g tall.
How do I manage this? I’d like to give them the best chance at survival, but also what do I do with however many snail babies I now have? Can I sell them to my local pet store or do I set up a snail tank, but then what do I do when there are dozens of egg clusters?

My guy, i havent the slightest what that is. Did ur fish lay eggs? And if indeed they did, what fish is that?

  2. You need at least a 20 gallon to raise 1 clutch to selling age. They have a super high bioload. It is best to freeze these eggs and bin them.

Each clutch will have 50-100 babies. Minimum for a single adult is 10 gallons because they need space, and 5 gallons per adult in a tank larger than that. You could keep max 6 adults in a 30 gallon tank.
