Ok I’m back again about my rescue… posted about her last week: https://www.reddit.com/r/bettafish/s/2TYbRPejBZ
I’ve continued to do Epsom salt, kanaplex and fasting.
Monday (11/10) she looked amazing, smaller, less lumpy, could swim comfortably to the bottom- had a few huge poops.. hurrah!
However I fed her the tiniest speck of daphnia later and she blew right back up, can’t swim down and is now more erratic than she was before 😖
I also might have made an Epsom salt bath a little warmer than she was used to on Tuesday, like 3 degrees, I’m wondering if that’s contributing to any issues.
I didn’t notice the bubbles coming out of her gills till now, but it looks like that has been present the whole time, not sure if that’s normal or an issue. She does gobble up air bubbles a lot, so maybe that’s why?
I’ve fed her so little since getting her on 10/30, she’s basically been fasting for the whole time besides a few days, so I can’t believe she’s still constipated, but is that possible?
Where do I go from here?
I got her because she was sick, so I know she might not make it, but I would really like it if she did!!
Any other thoughts? Thank you all!!

Following. My betta has what appears to be the exact same problem. No idea what to do at this point.
