please look at my other post for more context but : I have a baby beta fish ,,, she’s so tiny like SO tiny like the size of a blood worm basically.

“Tank” is completely temporary as she’s 2 weeks old and I just needed her out of her container

I got the filter, heater, ect but my problem is is the filter seems too strong for her? I may just be worrying a lot because I know how delicate these fish are and she’s my baby,,, but I’m just wondering if there’s any way to make it less strong or if it’s okay? It’s one of those sponge filers I’m just worrried she’s overwhelmed, I’m gunna get her a little hide today just to see if she will go in it and maybe that will “shield” her from the air flow? She hasn’t gotten flung or anything she’s gone near the filter and been fine,… I may just be paranoid
Let me know any tips abt making it a little less strong 🙏

Also are bettas sensitive to light? I’ve seen online that they are but every tank I’ve seen has led lights above it,,,, just curious
My baby is legit like translucent so I have that led candle behind so I can see her more clearly, but I wanna make sure she’s not bothered by it
