Good deal for starter combo? New Penn Battle 1 for $100

I've been scouring the internet looking for a couple combos to get me started on fishing. Im located in Central Florida, but will be going out offshore in a 22' center console. I think the goal is to do some bottom fishing for snapper/grouper and some trolling for mahi and tuna? (Haven't figured out exactly what I want yet)

Is this Walmart deal a good start? Also looking at the Penn Fierce IV and Penn Warfare
