I want some neon tetras and read they don’t like bright light and currents. I have my filter spray angled and just go the amazon frogbit. Do I need anything else? The tank is almost a year old.

Rummy-nose tetra, emperor tetras, and Congo tetras are really cool looking.. if you wanted some suggestions lol
Edit: so I guess only Rummy nose tetras out of the ones I suggested, the rest don’t really prefer bright light
