Does she live in a sorority?
Do you have an air bubbler in the tank? I’ve seen fish do this when they’re not getting enough oxygen.
Could be swim bladder. My girl got it 🙁
i had a betta act like this after moving between provinces. i think the stress caused some issues with his swim bladder. i fasted my betta for 3 days until he was noticeably smaller, then fed frozen shrimp, once every second day. while he’s still not 100% recovered, he is much happier and swimming/eating normally:)
