I need help understanding the best way to go about this situation – I am moving overseas and can't keep my pet bluegill. Noone around is able to take Flibbin.

Background: I caught a ton of these bluegills in Florida back in early 2023 and used them as bait. One day I accidentally left my bait bucket with several bluegill in the garage while I went for a 6 day trip. When I came back I was horrified at what I've done and to my surprise found 1 still barely alive. I felt awful so I decided to make it a pet and give it a hopefully good life.

I've had flibbin as a pet for over 2 years and moved between 3 states. It's current in a 90 gallon w a couple chinese algea eaters. I've gotten incredibly attached and just don't know what I should do. Releasing is highly illegal and potentially very harmful while euthanasia seems sad and I'm afraid of causing suffering.

Any advice or words of wisdom is deeply appreciated.
