Got my first decent reel and this happened

The reel is Shimano Nasci 1000 with 10 pound Daiwa J braid.

Tried respooling with different shims without success. I also experienced with different tension while respooling but I cant make it right.

Is this normal? My cheaper reels don’t do that.
