Betta Fish: This guy was on the brink of death 2 weeks ago. Now look at him!

This was him on 11/1. I went to the store for one betta for my established 9g and left with 3 đ„Ž This guy had fin rot, horrible swim bladder, and columnaris. I didn’t think he’d make it through the night. I put him in a 2g hospital tank with API Fin & Body Cure, aquarium salt, and lots of tannins. He was completely vertical and couldn’t right himself so I floated him in a measuring cup in the tank the first night so he could get air.
I really can’t believe how amazing he looks now! I started cycling his new 5g with filter media from my established tanks when I got him. He officially moved in on Friday! Now I’m getting ready to get some plants in there with him. He’s such a feisty jerk. He acts like he’s doing me the favor living here.
