This is the only fish doing it hes been doing it for about a week. I have him seperated in this little bucket so he can eat. I change the water daily and usually have plants in it so he can hide. Water parameters are 75°, reverse osmosised water, Ammonia, nitrites and nitrates 0 according to freshwater master test kit. 600 gallon

i’ve heard of this being 1. swim bladder issues, or 2. neurological. he doesn’t seem super frantic or freaked out about it so i would guess swim bladder
there never seem to be any perfect solutions to swim bladder issues although some people say they have solved it with epsom salt baths if it’s caused by constipation? and a year is old enough that this may have just developed, i doubt it was anything you did
