Not the greatest video, but I'm wondering if the red tone in his tail is just his coloration or something to be worried about? When I got him from the store he was completely black so I'm not sure if he's happy and gaining color or if something is wrong. Water parameters are normal and the temperature is 79 degrees. There's also a bit of an algae bloom going on but I don't think it's related.
