  1. Pacific staghorn sculpin. One of many sculpin species that inhabit the PNW, they’re scrappy little things and can be fun to target on light tackle, though more often than not I end up catching em as bycatch when fishing local beaches for salmon.

  2. This one has the little finger looking spines. The ones we usually catch look exactly the same but have a singular long spine on each side.
