Me and my buddy like fishing in those “weird little spots” you can’t really drive to, so riding out there is kinda the only way. The biggest headache was always how to get the rods there without snapping something. After trying a bunch of dumb ideas, I ended up using this arrow tube thing, and he went with a cloth bag strapped to the side. Tried both today — shockingly worked great. lol

I did this as a kid for a while with a short piece of PVC pipe and a bungee cord, never broke a rod that way
